Job Description:

As a Juvenile Probation Counselor, you will observe and counsel youth, who come from hard upbringing, to ensure they get back on a correct path. You will get the juveniles involved in activities to get them away from crime and into productive hobbies and goals. You will participate in group counseling sessions to help the youth work through their issues to solve the problems.

Juvenile Probation Counselor Duties Include:

• Meet with youth on a one-on-one and group counseling basis
• Work on new hobbies and activities for the youth
• Serve as a mentor for the Juvenile
• Evaluate the living situations of youth and provide suggestions
